We manufacture a quality panelized package, consisting of exterior and interior wall panels, roof trusses, and the necessary lumber, nails and hardware to construct a lockable building. We also provide drafting & engineering blueprint service to help our client design standard or custom plans.

California Pre-Cut Homes is a licensed dealer for “Pacific Modern Homes, Inc.” PMHI is a custom panelized home building system. This privately owned and operated company has packaged thousands of homes in California since 1968. Their quality panelized wall and roof truss system has all the features one would expect in a standard or custom home, but at a fraction of the cost. Our lumber packages start around $35.00 per square foot and can go up to $80.00 per square foot depending on the design and engineering of that building. These two items drive the cost of your building project, design & engineering.

The state of California and our building system allows you, the owner, to construct your own project called (sweat equity) or to manage your subcontractors (owner/contractor) to do the work for you. The last option is called (turn-key). This is when you hire a general contractor to manage and do everything for you. California Pre-Cut Homes is not a general contractor construction company that does the work for you. We do have licensed contractors that can help our clients out if need be. There is no special training or education needed when installing a panelized building system. It is all based on traditional foundation, framing, and finishing, just like a traditional stick-built home but more affordable.
